All townships require a permit for open burning. The ordinance linked on this page applies to all municipalities and should be reviewed by all residents wishing to apply for a burn permit. By filling out the form below, you are requesting a burn permit. The permit will not be viewed as issued unless you are contacted by the Chief or Assistant Chief or their designee. All permit requests should be filled out a minimum of 24 hours prior to the requested start date. If it is within 24 hours prior to the start, please contact the station at 810-765-8840.
